Hold your next event in a beautiful garden setting. To rent a space at Green Spring Gardens for your next meeting, reception or family gathering, call 703-642-5173.

Multipurpose Room/Atrium

Green Spring's multi-purpose room.A bright, versatile space appropriate for larger events, including meetings, receptions, and memorial services.

  • COST: 
    • Evenings Mon-Thu after 5 p.m. and anytime Fri-Sun: $220 for the first two hours. After hours staffing fee of $50 per hour will be charged.
    • Daytime Mon-Thu 9 a.m.-5 p.m.: $198 for the first two hours
    • $85 for every additional hour
  • Six-foot rectangular tables and chairs are furnished at no additional cost and can be arranged in classroom, party or auditorium style.
  • A drop-down screen is available.
  • Easy access to a kitchen is available for an additional fee.
  • The room accommodates up to 100 in a theater setting.
 

Library

Green Spring's libraryAn inviting space appropriate for intimate events, including small meetings or memorial services. 

  • COST: 
    • Evenings Mon-Thu after 5 p.m. and anytime Fri-Sun: $130 for the first two hours. After hours staffing fee of $50 per hour will be charged.
    • Daytime Mon-Thu 9 a.m.-5 p.m.: $100 for the first two hours
    • $50 for each additional hour
  • Tables and chairs furnished at no additional cost
  • Drop-down screen available
 

Classroom

Green Spring's classroomA small, functional space appropriate for informal meetings or family gatherings.

  • COST
    • Evenings Mon-Thu after 5 p.m. and anytime Fri-Sun: $130 for the first two hours. After hours staffing fee of $50 per hour will be charged.
    • Daytime Mon-Thu 9 a.m.-5 p.m.: $100 for the first two hours
    • $50 for every additional hour
  • Tables and chairs furnished at no additional cost
  • Easy access to a kitchen, also available for rent
  • Located next to the Multipurpose Room, which makes it practical for a combined rental
 

Kitchen

The galley-style kitchen has everything you need to host a memorable event. It is available to rent in addition to the other facilities for $25 per hour.

Garden Gazebos

A gazebo surrounded by blooming flowersLocated in an exquisite and serene garden setting, the gazebos are appropriate for small gatherings as well as weddings, receptions, and memorial services. Please note that balloons are not allowed at the gazebos.

  • Pond Gazebo 
    • Daytime, all days, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., $225 for first two hours
    • $112 for each additional hour
    • Accommodates up to 25 people
  • White Gazebo
    • Daytime, all days, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., $250 for first two hours
    • $125 for each additional hour
    • Accommodates up to 40 people

The Moon Gate and Serenity Garden

The Moon Gate and Serenity GardenThe Moon Gate and Serenity Garden are unique and beautiful backdrops for gatherings up to 60 people. This picturesque, outdoor space is suitable for small weddings, receptions, memorial services, and photography and includes the lawn space in front of the Moon Gate and the garden area behind the Moon Gate. Chairs and tables must be rented from outside source. Balloons are not permitted.

  • COST:
    • Evenings Mon-Thu after 5 p.m. and anytime Friday-Sun: $600 for the first two hours. $300 each additional hour. After hours staffing fee applies.
    • Daytime Mon-Thu 9 a.m.-5 p.m.: $500 for the first two hours. $250 each additional hour
  • Evenings:
    • Monday through Thursday after 5 p.m. and daytime Friday through Sunday: $600 for the first two hours; $300 for each additional hour. An after-hours staffing fee may apply.
  • Daytime:
    • Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: $500 for the first two hours; $250 for each additional hour.

  • Cancellations must be received in writing, either by mail or e-mail to rental coordinator. Call 703-642-5173 for more info.
  • If cancellation is made thirty-one (31) day or more days prior to the scheduled rental period: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is made between thirty (30) days and the event date, no refund will be made.
  • If the Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA) must cancel an approved scheduled rental for reasons other than non-payment of fees, the renter will be refunded all prepaid rental fees for the said time. In such an event, the renter agrees not to hold the FCPA liable for any loss.
