Having a pet escape from your home or while on a walk can be a stressful experience. The number one thing you can do to prepare, just in case this happens to you, is to have your pets microchipped. That way if your pets are separated from you, whoever finds them will be able to bring them to our shelter or any veterinarian's office to have them scanned for that chip, and it will make reuniting your pet with you much faster and easier.
