Fairfax County Government facilities will close at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 24, and will remain closed through Sunday, Jan. 25.
- Closures include libraries, community centers, recreation centers, parks and other county facilities and programs.
- Essential services and emergency operations are not impacted, including public safety response and the county’s hypothermia program.
- Emergency administrative leave is granted for county employees not designated as emergency personnel who are scheduled to work during the closure period.
- Employees designated as emergency personnel should report as scheduled.
