Special Update: January 30, 2025
The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) does not anticipate any impacts on its federal rental assistance programs. We are processing February Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) on our regular schedule, and property owners will receive their payments as planned. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will provide Housing Choice Voucher program updates should they occur. We remain committed to ensuring that all Fairfax County residents have access to needed programs, services and resources.
