Fairfax County received an award of $7.88 million in HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME)-American Rescue Plan (ARP) funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to address homelessness assistance and supportive services.  In order to put those funds to use, the County was required to amend its One-Year Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2022 to include a HOME-ARP Allocation Plan that contains the County’s planned use of the HOME-ARP funding.   HUD approved the County’s HOME-ARP Allocation Plan on May 12, 2023.
