Deadline to register to vote, or update an existing registration: February 12, 2024
The deadline to register to vote a regular ballot depends on the method:
- In person at the Office of Elections: 5:00 p.m. February 12
- By mail: Postmarked on or before February 12
- Online: 11:59 p.m. February 12
Same day registration to vote a provisional ballot:
- February 13-March 2: At any Fairfax County early voting location
- March 5 election day: At the voting location for the precinct in which you reside
