For Employers:

Talent Up offers a customized talent recruitment for employers that helps fill open positions

  • Talent Up pays up to three months of wages for potential hires 
    • Wages range from $20 hr. or higher.
      • Estimated value up to $8,500 or higher.   
    • Wages and workers’ compensation are paid by the Talent Up Program Administrator. 

 

Opportunities for Talent Up Incentives:

Talent Up is seeking to place people in jobs that offer opportunities for growth and mobility, such as:   

  • Entry-level to mid-level IT roles 
  • Professional sales and customer service roles
  • Administrative/Program assistants
  • Accounting, bookkeeping, and auditing clerks
  • Entry-level Health Care roles 
  • Other businesses, occupations and fields are considered
