Please be advised that all pricing under purchase orders and contracts issued by the County is firm and fixed. Any proposed price adjustments, including those resulting from external factors such as tariffs, must be submitted to the County in the form of a formal written request. Such requests for adjustments due to tariff changes must be supported by comprehensive documentation and are subject to the County's review and approval. Unauthorized price increases on purchase orders or contracts are strictly prohibited and may result in corrective actions, including, but not limited to, the termination of the purchase order or contract.
