Expanding Services

The establishment of the Reston satellite office marks a significant step forward in the Fairfax Circuit Court's ongoing efforts to broaden its outreach and enhance service delivery to the community. As the largest trial court in Virginia, the Fairfax Circuit Court (19th Judicial Circuit) continues to strive for excellence in serving both the residents of Fairfax County and Fairfax City.

The initiative led by Clerk of Court, Chris Falcon, in partnership with Fairfax County is intended to serve as a pilot for future expansion of services. “This expansion is a testament to our commitment to better serve the community and make Circuit Court resources more accessible, Falcon said.

This new satellite office is also a key part of our commitment to align with Fairfax County's Strategic Plan. This plan serves as a roadmap guiding us toward a future crafted together with the community. By focusing on 'Effective and Efficient Government', one of the plan’s 10 Community Outcome Areas, we're increasing shared use of county facilities.
