The CSB’s Youth & Family Services Team provides evidence-based treatment to individuals ages 5 to 18 in need of behavioral health services.
Multilingual staff are available at CSB locations, including at community-based sites and youth medication-assisted treatment clinics. Staff at the CSB Entry & Referral Call Center can take calls in English and Spanish, and language translation services for other languages are available by telephone when needed.
CSB Community-Based Youth Services
In addition to the Sharon Bulova Center for Community Health and other service locations, the CSB provides community-based behavioral health services for youth and families at three community centers:

Herndon Neighborhood Resource Center
- Call 703-383-8500 or walk in to the Herndon Neighborhood Resource Center at 1086 Elden Street, Herndon, VA 20170. Hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Youth Medication-Assisted Treatment (YMAT) for Opioid and Substance Use
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is the use of FDA-approved medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies to treat substance use disorders and prevent opioid overdose.
The CSB offers MAT services for youth at:

Youth substance use can be overcome. Early detection and treatment are key to recovery – support is a phone call away.
