Fairfax Circuit Court officials are issuing an urgent warning to residents about a surge in jury duty scams targeting local citizens.
Residents of Fairfax can now access Clerk services at a satellite location on the second Tuesday of the month. Services include civil filings for existing/open cases, marriage licenses, certified copies, and free notary service. For more information, please see the event listing below.
We are accepting documents not requiring a fee for exisiting/open civil cases. The documents will be stamped and brought back for review by Civil staff.
We recommend bringing the original and two copies of the documents if you would like a copy for your records.

Satellite service will be provided on the second Tuesday of each month, from 9 am to noon, at the Cathy Hudgins Community Center (2125 Pinecrest Rd, Reston, VA 20191).
There is no need to make an appointment. We will provide services on a first-come, first-served basis.
