NOTICE: Prior to starting volunteer work with FCPA, all volunteers working on Fairfax County property—unless outdoors on Park Authority property—must present their COVID-19 vaccination card, even if they only volunteer for one event. If unvaccinated, they must present a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 48 hours prior to their volunteer service. We recognize that the COVID health environment continues to change, and we are monitoring official guidance to ensure the health and safety of county employees and volunteers. Volunteers are asked to comply with the measures outlined in the Fairfax County COVID-19 Volunteer Acknowledgment. Depending on the volunteer opportunity you sign up for, you will be asked to sign the acknowledgment either electronically or as a printed form. Health and safety requirements issued by the county may continue to change over the course of the pandemic. Volunteers are asked to comply with current requirements in place, which may differ from requirements at the time they signed the acknowledgment form when previously volunteering with the county.
