Exercise & Fitness
Exercise and fitness instructors have different teaching styles, and some classes combine various fitness regimens. Men and women are welcome at all classes. As a general rule, Step Aerobics is not recommended for those who have joint problems or are taking their first aerobics class. And please remember that it’s best to check with your doctor before beginning an exercise program. For sports activities, tournaments and races, see the Sports and Leagues section. For water exercise programs, see Aquatics.
