PSC’s are the critical link in helping those in need of emergency services in the county.
We are the “first of the first responders.”
PSC’s must always: be prepared, remain calm, communicate effectively with knowledge and authority, remain professional, never assume, provide excellent customer service, and remember there is no such thing as a routine call.
